What AY Designs makes

Apps

Three iPhone apps, designed and built start to finish. The headliner is Auto Giant USA, built for a dealership and now in App Store review. The other two are my own products, both on the App Store.

Auto Giant USA

Find your next car before anyone else

Coming soon to the App Store

Live inventory and instant alerts from Auto Giant USA's Indianapolis and Fishers lots. Shoppers say what they want, and the app watches the lot for them.

  • Watch list. An alert the moment a match arrives, drops in price or sells.
  • Price drops. Every markdown on the lot, sorted by dollars off, percent off or price.
  • Every detail. Photo galleries, walkaround videos, the window sticker and the full vehicle report.
  • Alerts your way. Instant or digest, quiet hours, and a choice of what to hear about.

Built for Auto Giant USA, a dealership in Indianapolis and Fishers. SwiftUI, Firebase and Cloud Functions.

DayBuilder

Design Your Day

View on the App Store

Your day has 1,440 minutes. DayBuilder lays them out as color-coded blocks on a live timeline, so you always know what's now and what's next.

  • Live timeline. A countdown for the current block and a bar for how much of the day is gone.
  • Templates. Build a workday and a weekend once, then assign them to days of the week.
  • Insights. A daily ring and a weekly breakdown of where your time goes, plus your streak.
  • Calendar. Every tracked day on a month view, with search across all of them.

My own app. Built with SwiftUI and SwiftData.

What's the Point?

Investing, visualized

View on the App Store

Pick an asset and a monthly amount, and see what steady investing could grow into, with bull, base and bear cases built from real price history.

  • Real history. Projections come from up to 10 years of prices, with unrealistic returns capped.
  • Streaks and badges. 36 achievements reward sticking with the plan month after month.
  • Portfolio view. Allocation across assets, with a nudge when one drifts from equal weight.
  • What if? See what starting earlier would have meant, and what inflation takes.

My own app. Built with SwiftUI and SwiftData.

Websites

Live pages, not pictures: two concept sites for local businesses and the DayBuilder landing page. Switch sites and screen sizes, or drag the yellow handle to watch each layout adapt.

Concept: Mirrorcoat Detailing
  • Designed mobile first

Most visitors arrive on a phone, so that's where the design starts.

  • Fast hosting

Served from Google's Firebase network, with your domain and SSL set up for you.

  • Built to convert

Clear calls to action, click-to-call and booking forms where your customers expect them.

  • Updates after launch

New photos, prices and pages when you need them, without a learning curve.

  • Walkarounds

Vehicles and products filmed on location with a consistent shot list, so every video matches the last.

  • Editing

Cut in Final Cut Pro, with on-screen callouts for the features and specs buyers care about.

  • Thumbnails

Custom thumbnails like the ones above, built to stand out in a feed.

  • Short cuts

Vertical edits of the same footage for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Process

Every project follows the same four steps, and you see the work at each one.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

A short call about what you need, who it's for and when it should launch. You get a clear quote after.

  2. 02

    Design

You see real screens and layouts before anything is built, and we adjust until they're right.

  3. 03

    Build

I build it, test it on real devices and send progress as it comes together.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

App Store submission, hosting and domain setup, then updates whenever you need them.

The person behind AY Designs

I'm Alex Yasinskiy. I design and build iPhone apps, make websites, and film and edit videos, all under one roof. You work with me directly, from the first call to launch day and after.

Because one person handles the app, the site and the video, everything looks like it belongs together, and nothing gets lost between teams.
